PAEC Job Descriptions

PAEC utilizes a performance appraisal system based on five documents. These documents reflect the current job responsibilities assigned to a job position within the consortium. The job descriptions are designed by the appropriate program coordinators and division administrators. The draft job descriptions are forwarded to the Research and Development Division Office for inclusion in the system and the subsequent development of the supplementary forms used in employee performance appraisals each year. The five documents used in the process are:
  • Job Descriptions

  • Data Collection Form

  • Performance Appraisal Form

  • Performance Appraisal Summary Form

  • Job Physical Requirements Form

The job descriptions may be accessed by number using the first drop down menu. A listing of each employee and their assigned job description number is available by selecting Employee Job Table. Job Descriptions listed by name are accessed by Jobs Alpha List. All job description documents are available in PDF format for downloading.
